This future journalist interviewed Jane and obviously did his research!  Members of Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots listen to Jane.
The students shared their creative talent and made terrific chimpanzee and Jane inspired artwork.

Atlanta's CBS affiliate interviewed Jane. Take a look at the interview here.

Captain Planet made a surprise appearance. The gym was packed with students from multiple grades, including the school's founding members of Roots & Shoots.
Jane greeted the students with "hello" in several languages - including Swahili and chimpanzee!  The school's founding Roots & Shoots members planted this tree several years ago. Mr. H naturally had to pay a visit.
