Jane Visits with Sir David Attenborough

Thursday, December 2, 2010 - 10:45am

Earlier this week, Jane visited with Sir David Attenbourough, the famous British broadcaster and naturalist. The two are longtime friends and are often jokingly referred to as the "Tarzan and Jane" of the conservation world.

Jane and Sir David spoke to the Daily Telegraph newspaper about their friendship and the upcoming Hope 4 Apes event in London on December 6. Hosted by Sir David, the Hope 4 Apes event will be an inspiring evening that will bring together experts from around the world to discuss the current state of great ape conservation at the Lyceum in London. Jane will speak about her historic chimpanzee research, which today is one of the longest running studies of animals in the wild.
