Italy: Dr. Goodall’s Gombe 50 Tour of Europe
Dr. Goodall is commemorating Gombe 50, the Jane Goodall Institute’s year-long global 50th anniversary celebration of her pioneering chimpanzee research and inspiring vision for our future, with a tour of Europe this November.
On November 26-29, Dr. Goodall will stop in Italy for a number of events. Highlights of her itinerary include:
November 26: In the evening, Dr. Goodall will give a public lecture titled Gombe Chimpanzees: 50 Years of Research and More at the Sala Conferenze Regional Museum of Science in Torino.
November 27: Dr. Goodall will speak with high school members of Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots in Torino and have lunch with JGI-Italy supporters.
November 28: Dr. Goodall will give a television interview in the afternoon.
November 29: In the morning, Dr. Goodall will visit with members of Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots in Rome.
