Rome, Italy: Dr. Goodall to receive the Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic

On November 24, 2011, Dr. Goodall will be awarded by Giorgio Napolitano, the president of the Italian Republic, as Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, in recognition of her pioneering work. The award will be presented in Rome by the President of the Republic’s Councelor Magistrate Dr. Elio Berarducci during a ceremony in Villa Wolkonsky, the official residence of British Ambassador Christopher Prentice. Dr. Goodall is in Italy for a three day tour of meetings and public engagements taking place in Milan, Rome and Naples.
