Hope for Animals and Their World has already been named by Amazon.com as one of the must read titles for 2009. Make sure to pick up your copy today!

Dr. Goodall strikes a pose on the night of the book’s publication.

Dr. Goodall brought the book to life on the stage of the 92nd Street Y in downtown New York City to an audience of 900 people. In conversation with Howard Gardner, the renowned Harvard University professor and thinker, Dr. Goodall spoke on the topic of how to change the world and shared the stage with a number of the conservationists featured in the new book.
Even Mr. H, Dr. Goodall’s traveling companion, made it to the book launch!

Dr. Goodall and Carlos Magdalena discuss endangered plants after the lecture. Carlos is a plant biologist whose story is featured in the book. He works at Kew Gardens in England and traveled to New York to celebrate the new book.
