Take Action - No Apes in Entertainment

“No Great Apes in Entertainment” Pledge:

"As a leader in our industry, our organization pledges not to use live great apes (gorillas, chimpanzees, orangutans or bonobos) in connection with any of our products or services or for advertising, entertainment or any other purpose. "

To have a real impact with media companies when we contact them, we need at least 10,000 signatures. Can you take a moment to sign onto our campaign?

We’re just 4,000 shy of reaching our goal. The number of people who've responded is a testament to the willingness of the JGI community's level of engagement, compassion, and concern about the welfare of chimpanzees.

With the backing of at least 10,000 signers, JGI hopes to convince businesses, including media companies, media buyers and television stations, to take our “No Great Apes in Entertainment” pledge. We believe we can succeed if we can show media and other companies that we have a strong, committed community that will support companies who've pledged.
