— Friday, February 18 —

All Day

  • Private VIP transportation provided from Orlando International Airport.
     
  • Arrive at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge® and check into your savannah view room. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge® is inspired by the cultural splendor and picturesque beauty of a South African reserve. You will discover the rhythm of tribal drums and exquisite cuisine set amongst an authentic savannah that celebrates the majesty and wonder of a vast untamed continent.
     
  • Relax at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge® or explore Disney’s theme parks with Park Hopper® passes.
     

Evening

  • Meet your fellow guests and experts from the Jane Goodall Institute at an exclusive welcome reception on Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge® terrace.
     

 

— Saturday, February 19 —

Morning

  • Meet Jane at the Tree of Life in Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park for a special photo opportunity before the park opens.
     
  • Start the day with an adventurous private breakfast in Tamu Tamu Courtyard where exotic vegetation and architecture create a cozy courtyard.  Breakfasting beside the African sausage tree, hewn stone steps, and rough wooden rafters of this African village, your excitement builds.
     
  • As the sun comes up over the Harambe Wildlife Preserve, you climb aboard your open-aired vehicle for your Kilamanjaro Sunrise Safari. Traversing shallow rivers, sparse forests, rocky mounds and the open savannah, your convoy searches for indigenous animals roaming free.  Your guide will show you the best spots for seeing the wonders of Africa; you will return with a camera full of pictures.
     

 

Afternoon

  • Enjoy a full day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park including the excitement of Expedition Everest™ and the discovery in Rafiki’s Planet Watch.

  • Explore Disney’s theme parks with your Park Hopper® passes.  Transportation to any of the Disney parks is included with your stay, along with a Dining Card valid at a variety of locations.
     

 

Evening

  • Join Jane for an intimate campfire at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge®  overlooking the savannah from Arusha Rock. Enjoy hot chocolate, s’mores, stories and more.
     

 

— Sunday, February 20 —

Morning

  • Join Jane and some of Disney’s famous characters for a private breakfast at Jiko- “The Cooking Place” restaurant in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge®.
     
  • Get up close to a variety of spectacular and majestic animals in their backstage habitats on a special Backstage Safari Tour. Talk with animal keepers as you visit the Animal Nutrition Center, explore the state-of-the-art veterinary hospital and discover other backstage facilities. Learn the story of how every day 3 tons of food is prepared, distributed and fed to the animal residents of Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.
     

 

Afternoon

  • Explore Disney’s theme parks with your Park Hopper® passes.  Transportation to any of the Disney parks is included with your stay, along with a Dining Card valid at a variety of locations.
     

Evening

  • Get swept into the action as your host, Kiume, and his fellow band of travelling musicians welcome you as their guests of honor at the Festival of the Lion King farewell dinner. The celebration will begin with a feast of delicacies inspired by the flavors of Africa accompanied by the gentle melodies of the African trio, Wassalou. Following dessert, Kiume and his troupe return to the stage for an incredible command performance featuring puppets, aerialists, acrobats and comic characters, a high-energy Broadway-style spectacular.
     

 

— Monday, February 21 —

Morning

Private VIP transportation provided from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge® to Orlando International Airport.

Optional extension including Wild Africa Trek Experience at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.

 

Cost

$8,500 per adult and $7,500 per child, ages seven and up. Includes hotel, select meals,unlimited three-day admission to all Disney theme parks, transportation to and from the airport, and all scheduled events.
